We are seeking an experienced safety leader who is ready to step into a Corporate Safety Director role and is looking for the right organization, culture, and timing to do so.
This is a succession-track leadership position designed for someone who can operate at a Director level from day one, while partnering closely with our current Corporate Safety Director to ensure a seamless leadership transition.

What You’ll Do
You’ll function as a senior leader within our organization, helping to drive and elevate our safety culture across all operations:
- Lead and support company-wide safety strategy, programs, and compliance initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction
- Oversee safety performance across multiple job sites and locations
- Lead audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
- Analyze safety metrics and present insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop Safety Managers, Coordinators, and field leaders
- Serve as a visible, respected leader in both the field and office environments
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically targeting candidates who are ready for a Director-level role today:
- 7–10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience
- 3–5+ years managing multi-site or regional safety teams
- Strong background in construction, electrical, or industrial environments
- Deep knowledge of OSHA and major safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead organizations, not just programs
- Experience working directly with executive leadership
- Certifications such as CSP (preferred), CHST, OSHA 500/510 strongly valued
- Strong communication, leadership, and influence skills
