Job Title: Loader / Quality Control Associate
Pay Rate: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Shifts: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Schedules: Monday -Thursday 10 hour days
Friday -Sunday 12 hour days

Job Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, accuracy, and damage.
- Verify shipments match packing slips, labels, and inventory records.
- Maintain productivity while meeting daily performance goals.
- Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Ensure products are packaged and prepared according to Amazon quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet operational deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or quality control experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
