Valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). May be obtained

Proven track record of success in Sales, insurance sales, is a plus.

Assist current clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, renewals, and coverage reviews
Generate and follow up on quotes for auto, home, business, and life insurance
Cross-sell additional products to existing clients and close new business opportunities
Process endorsements, applications, renewals, and policy documentation accurately
Follow up on leads, referrals, and remarketing opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships through prompt and professional communication
Review coverage options and explain policy details clearly
Meet individual production and service goals
Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and insurance regulations
Complete required training, licensing, and continuing education
