We’re a growing employee benefits agency based in Sand Springs, helping Oklahoma businesses improve their employee benefits. We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who want to learn professional business-to-business sales.
No sales experience is required. We’ll teach you.
This position begins as an appointment setter, helping schedule meetings with local business owners. If you enjoy the role, you can continue earning as an appointment setter. If you’re interested in building a sales career, we’ll help you become licensed and transition into a full-time sales position.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to local business owners.
- Identify the person responsible for employee benefits.
- Schedule appointments for our licensed advisors.
- Use a proven script and sales process.
- Accurately document activity in our CRM.
- Participate in coaching and ongoing training.

Compensation
This position starts as a paid appointment-setting role with performance-based compensation and monthly bonus opportunities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
- Ability to obtain an Oklahoma insurance license if you decide to advance into sales (not required to start).
Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 10–15 hours per week).
- In-office in Sand Springs.
- Monday and Friday work schedule.
- Tuesday through Thursday reserved for our field sales team.
