Essential Functions
- Must be hands on
- Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by Facilities management
- Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems
- Answer and respond to maintenance calls for assistance
- Keep maintenance supplies and equipment in good condition and fully stocked
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Qualifications
Desire to learn new skills in maintenance
Valid Driver’s License
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have certification/degree in Maintenance field or at least 1 year experience in a Maintenance Role
