Overview
The Operations Coordinator oversees daily administrative activities to ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic. They act as a liaison between clients and staff and assist with client onboarding tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain building organization and cleanliness by assigning tasks, calling maintenance, ordering supplies for the clinic, etc.
- Assign tasks to “floaters” - BTs without clients
- Purchasing materials and supplies for the office
- Maintain CPR records and recertify people as needed
- Initial CPR certification for incoming employees
- Provide first day training to new BTs - go over office policies and procedures and collect documents
- Contact us forms - when families reach out, contacts them and gives resources
- Schedule & conduct tours for prospective employees
- Schedule & conduct tours for incoming families of patients & collect insurance information
- Maintain technology, including assigning iPads and basic troubleshooting when issues arise
- Scan documents that come in to appropriate people, file in employees folders
- Supports RBT/BTs on the floor when they need help with a behavior, bathroom breaks, programming help, etc
- Finish staff chores on closing days
- Open and close clinic
- Get materials/snacks for monthly birthday celebrations @all staff
- Plan arts and crafts for clinic
- Decorate clinic for holidays
- Follow up on RBT applications, act as liaison between BCBAs and applicants
- Plan parties - trick or treating, holiday party
Skills Needed
- Strong communication skills
- Crisis management skills, strong deescalation skills with kids with autism
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
