Athenian Hospitality Group is hiring Kitchen Team Members across all four of our University of Tennessee campus locations:
- Big Orange Grill
- TN Arena Cafe
- Hillside Cafe
- 1817 Taqueria
Four kitchens, four different menus, one team. Whether you want the pace of a taqueria line, the rhythm of a cafe, or game-day energy at the arena, there's a spot here that fits.
What You'll Do
- Prep, cook, and plate to our recipes and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready through service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Back up your teammates during rush and help close strong
What We're Looking For
- Reliability and a strong work ethic — we'll teach the rest
- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout a shift
- A team-first attitude in a fast-paced kitchen
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus, not a requirement
