CleanCo is a locally owned commercial and residential cleaning and property services company serving the Erie, PA area, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Team Leader to help keep our quality high.
In this hands-on dual role, you'll travel to approximately 30 client locations to inspect jobsites, coach team members, address quality issues, and step in to perform cleaning yourself — including touch-ups, missed areas, and other duties — to maintain a consistently high standard of service.
You'll also keep crews stocked with supplies, track inventory, complete site-inspection checklists, and serve as a key point of communication between our staff and clients.
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and people skills, a willingness to roll up their sleeves, and a valid driver's license with a clean background check; prior cleaning or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
