- Reliable Transportation: A dependable vehicle (Truck or SUV highly preferred).
- Connectivity: A personal cell phone with a reliable data plan.

- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and comfortably climb and operate 30+ foot ladders (zero fear of heights is an absolute must).
