About the Role
Wright Roofing is hiring energetic, self-motivated Appointment Setters to knock doors and generate qualified leads for our sales team. This is a door-to-door (D2D) role perfect for someone who's competitive, coachable, and wants to control their own paycheck.
What You'll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to identify homeowners interested in a free roof inspection
- Set qualified appointments for our sales reps
- Track daily activity and follow up on leads
- Represent Wright Roofing professionally in every interaction

- Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection
- Reliable transportation
- 18+ years old
- Prior D2D, sales, or customer-facing experience a plus (not required)
