Requirements:
- Architectural license a MUST
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required; Doctorate Degree a plus
- LEED Accreditation a plus
- Proficient in in Revit, AutoCAD and other software related to the architectural field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
- Experience in Education, Commercial, Housing, Healthcare, and/or Aviation
- Department of Defense experience REQUIRED
- Experience doing on-site field investigation and observation during construction
- Hawaii resident is a MUST

Responsibilities:
- Oversight responsibility for all projects in the firm, including signoff/stamping on drawings, etc.
- Management of planning, adapting, and modifying all working drawings
- Business development, client communications, military liaison
- Prepare and present drawings and floor plans
- Leadership of a team with all disciplines, employees, and consultants
Work Environment:
- Office uniquely located in a neighborhood with free parking
- Regular office hours (Monday-Friday); may have to adjust schedules quickly, often when on fast deadlines
- May be required to work long hours, nights, and weekends when under tight deadlines
- Possible short-term travel to project sites in Guam, Japan, and other pacific regions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
