Weekend Maintenance – Bridgeport Waterfront Resort
Bridgeport Waterfront Resort is seeking an experienced Part-Time Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our team in beautiful Door County.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance background who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our resort operating smoothly for guests and owners.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Experience working with swimming pools is preferred but not required
- Pool Operator Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform general building maintenance
- Comfortable working independently and responding to maintenance needs throughout the property
- Reliable and dependable weekend availability
Duties May Include:
- Pool and whirlpool monitoring, testing, and maintenance
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repair work
- Preventative maintenance projects
- Grounds and facility upkeep
- Responding to guest and operational maintenance requests
Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Weekend position
- Additional hours may be available based on experience and seasonal needs
