Our services include nutrition coaching, GLP-1 medical weight loss programs and metabolic health solutions, HRT/TRT, Dysport and anti-aging services, wellness injections, supplements, and in-person and virtual options.
As we continue to expand our medical and wellness offerings, we are seeking an experienced Center Director to lead one of our Minneapolis/St. Paul metro locations.
Position Overview
This leadership role oversees both nutrition and medical operations while driving sales, team performance and client experience.
The ideal candidate has healthcare leadership experience, enjoys developing people, building relationships, and helping clients achieve meaningful results. This individual should be comfortable overseeing a center that provides both nutrition and medical services and have the ability to support, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced wellness environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Nutrition Consultants, Medical Assistants and Nurses.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client success.
- Conduct performance coaching, training, recruiting, and team development.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
Medical & Operational Oversight
- Support and oversee daily nutrition and medical operations.
- Partner with medical leadership to ensure compliance, quality care, and consistency.
- Maintain a strong understanding of GLP-1 therapies, HRT/TRT, Dysport, peptides, wellness injections, supplements, and other services.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and center operations.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth through nutrition and medical programs.
- Coach team members on consultative selling, retention, referrals, and client engagement.
- Monitor center performance and key metrics.
- Build community partnerships and referral relationships.
- Support local marketing and business development efforts.
Client Experience
- Ensure an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through ongoing care.
- Support a culture focused on accountability, education, results, and long-term client success.
- Help clients understand the full range of services available to support their health and wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Healthcare, wellness, med spa, aesthetics, weight loss, or medical office leadership experience preferred.
- Experience overseeing medical teamor clinical operations preferred.
- Strong sales, coaching, business development, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.

Schedule
- Full-time leadership position.
- Primarily Monday–Friday.
- Some early evenings and two Saturday mornings per month.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
