AI and Systems Coordinator
Reliable Paving, Inc is a leading paving and construction company serving commercial and public sector clients. We are focused on growth, operational excellence and building a more efficient data-driven organization.
We are seeking an AI and Systems coordinator to lead the modernization of our internal systems and workflows across estimating, operations, accounting and marketing.
This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing practical AI and automation solutions and improving overall business performance. The ideal candidate understands construction operations and can translate technology into measurable results.
Estimating & Operations
Improve estimating workflows, bid turnaround time and pricing accuracy.
Implement AI-assisted tolls for take-offs, bid analysis and reporting.
Optimize crew scheduling, job tracking and field-to-office communication.
Standardize processes across projects and teams.
Marketing & Sales Systems
Implement and manage CRM for tracking leads, bids and awarded work.
Automate proposal generation and follow-up processes.
Improve lead tracking and conversion rates.
Support marketing with systems for reviews, case studies and reporting.
Systems, Data and AI Implementation
Evaluate, select and integrate business software across departments.
Identify and automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
Develop dashboards and reporting systems for leadership.
Train staff on new tools, systems and workflows.
Ensure data is clean, structured and actionable.
Required
2 years of experience in construction, civil and AI operations.
Proven track record of improving processes, systems or efficiency in a business environment.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
Preferred
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapeir, Make),
Experience implementing or using AI tools in business workflows.
Experience with dashboards (Poer BI, Tableau or similar).
CRM implementation or management experience.
No remote work.
Wages to be discussed at interview.
$5,000 signing bonus after 3 months of continuous employment
