Overview:
Compass Insurance Group is seeking licensed producers to help serve multi-lingual clients and accelerate growth for our agency location in Indianapolis, Indiana. We provide various insurance products to meet the needs of our clients in more than 26 states. Individuals that have experience in trucking industry as well as multi-lingual is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on different insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Process insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated as well as ability to work as a team
- Active Property and Casualty License for State of IN
- Language fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian/Bosnian/Macedonian is preferred (not required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Trucking: 1 year (Preferred)
