We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. Paid training is provided to ensure you are fully equipped to excel from day one.
Present our wonderful fudge product to customers while providing free samples of up to 5 tasty flavors. Let the customer choose their favorites, present the offer, and hand the product that is prepackaged to the customer so they can pay for it at the register just like any other item they buy.
We are not just looking for a salesperson but also for people who with experience who can ultimately manage this program in all Club stores as well as our expanding grocery store partnerships regionally and possibly nationally.
This is a new program, so you are on the ground floor, and your compensation will grow as we grow this program. The majority of your income will be achieved via a competitive commission program with a minimum guarantee, however THIS IS NOT AN HOURLY POSITION.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and handle merchandise or supplies, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly explain product features, pricing details, and promotional offers
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays, and ensuring product presentation standards are met
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and must be able to drive to the locations we work at and transport a small display
- Proven ability in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques that drive revenue growth
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and inventory efficiently
- Familiarity with merchandising standards and inventory management
