Chinese-Speaking Automotive Sales Professional
Large NYC Car Dealership
A large, multi-brand NYC car dealership is seeking an ambitious, driven Sales Professional fluent in Mandarin Chinese to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while building strong relationships within the Chinese-speaking community.
Position Overview
The Sales Professional will ensure full customer satisfaction and seamless sales operations by:
- Selling new and pre-owned vehicles
- Understanding and demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Guiding clients confidently through the entire purchase process
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in Mandarin and English
- Understand buyer needs and match them to the appropriate vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and explain warranty, service, and financing options
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Close sales through clear communication, professionalism, and integrity
- Assist customers with trade-ins and financing options
- Complete all required sales documentation and reporting
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and inventory
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (required) and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and high-energy attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2–5 years automotive sales experience preferred but not needed
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- CRM knowledge preferred
