- Experience in water restoration, construction, or related field (preferred but not required).

Prior Experience leading a team.

Strong physical stamina to lift and move equipment, materials, and debris.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, wet environments, and physically demanding conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (preferred but not required).
