In this role you will partner with national industry leaders and local experts on large, high‑visibility projects for strategic clients (including the USACE and other Northwest public agencies). As a Project Manager, you will lead interdisciplinary design teams, drive creative, community‑focused solutions, and play a central role in shaping impactful projects. This position offers excellent opportunities for both technical growth and visible leadership across a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure work.
The following duties are essential to this role. Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
Lead and manage complex, multi-discipline infrastructure projects including civil works (flood protection, navigation locks, dam structures), waterfront structures, and pump stations.
Tackle complex engineering challenges by selecting, adapting, and innovating standard methods and, when appropriate, developing new solutions.
Prepare clear, constructible contract documents, including plans, specifications, reports and addenda.
