Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and availability for food service.

- Support the culinary team by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and ensuring all food prep areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Help with meal assembly and plating as directed by chefs or dietary staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sweeping floors, cleaning work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support catering events or special meal services by preparing ingredients or assisting with food presentation as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dietary department or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
