About Us
Supportive Angels Homecare is a licensed NJ home care agency based in Millville, NJ, serving seniors and individuals across South Jersey. We provide skilled and non-skilled home care services and are growing rapidly across our six-county service area. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Per Diem RN to join our clinical team to conduct home care assessments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial in-home nursing assessments for new clients
- Complete 485 Plans of Care and OASIS assessments as required
- Perform supervisory visits for home health aides (HHA) as required by NJ regulations
- Coordinate with agency leadership to ensure compliance with NJ Department of Health regulations
- Document all assessments accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Active NJ RN License (required — no exceptions)
- Minimum 1–2 years of home care or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Familiar with NJ home care regulations and Plan of Care documentation
- Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver's license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
