We are seeking a motivated and energetic Ohio Licensed P&C Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your insurance expertise and sales skills to connect with clients, provide tailored insurance solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and agency success. Responsibilities
- Engage in sales efforts to identify new clients and expand our customer base
- Conduct sales consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and keeping up to date with underwriting requirements.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
- Support marketing initiatives to promote agency services and attract new business
Requirements
- Valid Ohio P&C Insurance License required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and marketing strategies
