Our Richmond team is currently hiring for an Entry Level Account Manager position. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are motivated, team-oriented, and looking to develop valuable communication, leadership, and business skills.
We specialize in customer acquisition and account support for nationally recognized brands, including AT&T. No previous experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers and business accounts
- Assist with account support and customer relationship management
- Learn communication, sales, and leadership fundamentals
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing development sessions
- Represent client services professionally and confidently
- Help maintain a positive customer experience
