Experienced Exterior Construction Technician
Requirements (Please Read Before Applying):
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have basic construction knowledge and be comfortable using common hand and power tools.
Applicants MUST:
- Have basic knowledge of construction or exterior home services.
- Know how to safely use common hand and power tools.
- Be comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Be willing to learn our procedures and follow all safety guidelines.
Preferred Experience:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Gutters
- Pressure washing or soft washing
- General construction or carpentry
- Painting or exterior home maintenance
