Schedule: Needed for Mondays 9-5 and Fridays 9-3 if available

Job Summary:
You would provide a full range of hygiene services including but not limited to routine maintenance, prophylaxis, perio charting, SRP, administer local anesthesia, fluoride, sealants, and digital radiographs.
Qualifications:
- Certified to administer local anesthesia
- Current state of IL Dental Hygiene License
- CPR Certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Demonstrates excellent customer service
- Dependable, punctual, professional, organized team player
- Superior clinical skills
- Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA regulations
License:
- Certified to administer local anesthesia (Required)
- Current state of IL Dental Hygiene License (Required)
- CPR certification (Required)

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
