In this role, you will meet with property owners, provide expert design consultations, and turn leads into signed contracts. If you have a "hunter" mentality, love being out in the field, and have the technical know-how to measure and estimate fencing and decking projects accurately, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Do
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites to run company-provided sales appointments.
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and recommend the best fencing, decking, or landscaping solutions.
- Take precise site measurements and calculate accurate material and labor estimates.
- Deliver professional proposals, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Proactively canvas newly developed neighborhoods and communities to self-generate fresh leads.
- Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless handoff to the installation team.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience: Background in fencing, decking, landscaping, or related outdoor construction is required.
- Sales Prowess: Proven track record of successfully closing deals and navigating the sales cycle.
- Technical Ability: Capable of reading property lines, taking accurate physical measurements, and writing detailed estimates.
- Drive: Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to prospect for new business to maximize your earnings.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $2,000 per month.
- Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.

- Weekend availability (as needed for homeowner appointments)
