EXAMPLE OF DUTIES You will plan, implement, and evaluate resident care based on standards of nursing, Gerontological practice, and resident care, and provide professional nursing care and treatment services following state and federal regulatory guidelines for long-term care. Situated in the beautiful mountains near Michaux State Forest, South Mountain Restoration Center is a Long-Term Care Skilled Nursing Home Facility operated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment.

Work hours are 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, 30-minute lunch) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, no lunch).

Rotating on and off duty days including weekends and holidays.

Rotation includes every other weekend off.

Travel: As needed

Shift work: No

May change based on operational needs.

Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $92,052.00 (before taxes).
