Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue streams.
- Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting efforts to build a high-performing team.
- Manage store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Oversee customer service standards by ensuring excellent phone etiquette, cashiering accuracy, and overall shopping experience.
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to store management with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
- Supervise shift schedules, manage POS systems, and ensure compliance with safety policies while maintaining a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while building lasting customer relationships.
- Proven experience in retail sales management with supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and employee supervision.
- Proficiency in retail math, budgeting, inventory control, merchandising, and store operations software including POS systems.
- Skilled in marketing strategies, pricing tactics, and promotional planning to boost store performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus; familiarity with payroll, bookkeeping, stock management, and cash handling essential.
