Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate all on-site construction activities for industrial projects
Supervise union craft personnel, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Plan, sequence, and manage construction processes including shutdowns, start-ups, and fast-track schedules
Enforce strict safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with plans and specifications
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and logistics while monitoring progress and resolving field issues in real time
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment
Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety training
Utilize project controls systems for scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Support pre-construction planning and contribute to successful project closeout
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role on heavy industrial, power, steel, or petrochemical projects
Strong background managing union craft labor and multi-trade crews
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex or fast-track projects on schedule and within budget
Excellent knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control, and industrial construction methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a field environment
Willingness to work on active industrial sites and travel as project needs require
