Job Location: St. Louis, MO Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance monitoring of the Windows servers and PCs.
Assist with Office 365 management, management of security and distribution groups, file and storage management, Teams administration.
Regular patching and firmware updates on all servers and network equipment according to vendor recommendations.
Creates and maintains documentation of procedures, process flows, data and system mapping, etc.
Provide regular on-call support of the network, including desktop, laptop and IP phone.
Requirements: :
Hands on experience managing Windows server, active directory, group policy.
Experience with Windows server, file and email backup and restore.
Provide issues/needs analysis and solution recommendation/implementation relative to systems administration needs.
Proven ability to configure, deploy and manage network monitoring.
Able to multi-task and prioritize work, possess excellent problem solving, verbal and communication skills, customer focused, and organized.
At least 1 year's experience in infrastructure (servers and networking).
Preferred Skills/Technologies:
Experience with Azure or AWS.
Experience with network administration for firewalls, routers and switches.
Linux server experience (CentOS).
Basic knowledge of computer security best practices and policies including demonstrated experience securing Microsoft server-based software.
