The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale Heavy Civil projects throughout Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents while developing the skills needed for long-term advancement.

What You Bring
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
· 2–5 years of Heavy Civil construction experience.
· Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
· Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Key Responsibilities
· Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination.
· Assist with schedules, RFIs, submittals, and cost reporting.
· Track quantities, materials, and subcontractor progress.
· Coordinate with field crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
· Participate in preconstruction planning and project handoffs.
· Identify and help resolve field and design issues.
