We’re looking for a creative, technically strong Curriculum Design Engineer to help redefine how computer engineering is taught. In this role, you’ll transform complex concepts—across hardware, networking, and programming—into engaging, hands-on learning experiences that prepare learners for real-world success.
You’ll collaborate across engineering, content, and design teams to build innovative training systems that serve learners at every stage—from foundational to advanced.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and design teams to develop training outlines and hands-on learning experiences
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-centered curriculum and training systems
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of new and existing educational products
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure content stays current and relevant
- Partner with subject matter experts to deliver practical, workforce-ready learning solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in networking, programming, or a related discipline
- Experience with industrial networking and hands-on use of PLCs and HMIs
- Working knowledge of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley CompactLogix or ControlLogix preferred)
- Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with a passion for learning and innovation
