Duties
Logistics Delivery Driver
- Planned efficient delivery routes using mobile devices and GPS applications to maximize productivity while reducing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Loaded, secured, transported, and unloaded packages accurately, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with all safety regulations.
- Delivered packages promptly while providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer questions professionally, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintained accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and proof of delivery records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Operated delivery vehicles safely while following all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Assisted with warehouse operations, including organizing inventory, moving materials, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Safely operated manual handling equipment and followed proper lifting techniques when transporting heavy items.
- Collaborated effectively with customers and team members to ensure efficient deliveries and resolve issues quickly.
- Demonstrated strong time management, reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and efficient delivery operations.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Smart phone
- Drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong background in delivery and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, workplace safety regulations, and proper material handling procedures.
- Experience transporting goods between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and operating manual handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Pay: $175.00 - $200.00 per day
