Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Collect and input accurate customer and vehicle information
- Listen actively and clearly document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts
- Set and communicate clear expectations for follow-up and completion times
- Monitor repair progress throughout the day and keep customers updated
- Ensure the final invoice matches the work performed and parts used
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers in a clear, friendly manner
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service role is a plus

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
