Position Overview:
We are looking for a warm, experienced, and enthusiastic GA Pre-K Lead Teacher to guide our young learners during one of the most important years of their educational journey. The ideal candidate brings a blend of professional expertise, a nurturing spirit, and a heart for service. Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Pre-K curriculum aligned with Georgia Early Learning Standards
· Create an engaging, loving, and well-managed classroom environment
· Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles and abilities
· Foster positive relationships with children, families, and co-teachers
· Maintain accurate records and assessments per GA Pre-K guidelines
· Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure a high-quality early learning experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required by GA Pre-K)
· GA Pre-K Lead Teacher credential (Bright from the Start-approved)
· Minimum 2 year of experience in a licensed early childhood program
· Strong classroom management and organizational skills
· Passionate about early childhood education and development
· Creativity, compassion, patience, and a sense of joy in working with children

· (Bachelor’s Degree with GaPSC Certification): Starting at $41,717 for 0–2 years of experience, increasing to $45,761 at 4 years . (Master’s Degree with GaPSC Certification): Starting at $45,808 for 0–2 years of experience, increasing to $50,762 at 4 years .
· (Specialist Degree with GaPSC Certification): Starting at $48,706 for 0–2 years of experience, increasing to $54,055 at 4 years .
· (Doctorate with GaPSC Certification): Starting at $51,254 for 0–2 years of experience, increasing to $56,951 at 4 years .
