Overview
SandPro, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the oil and gas industry while driving revenue growth through upselling, cross selling, and identifying new opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention for our wellhead, sand management, filtration, and oilfield automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the oil and gas sector, focusing on operators, service companies, and contractors in the Bakken region and beyond.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and proactive problem-solving.
- Understand customer needs and challenges related to sand management, wellhead technologies, valve control, automation, and well control systems.
- Present and demonstrate SandPro’s products and solutions, collaborating with technical and operations teams as needed.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work toward revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor account performance, address concerns promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering, and dispatch) to coordinate delivery, installation, and support of products.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to help drive product innovation and strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts in the company CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent SandPro.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of account management, sales, or customer relationship experience in the oil and gas industry (preferred). Experience with wellhead, sand control, or automation products is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets and maintaining high customer retention.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex oilfield equipment and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the operating area.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
