We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Store Associate / Budtender to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our store—welcoming customers, educating them on hemp-derived products, and helping them find options that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Educate customers on hemp-derived products (CBD, CBN, CBG, Delta-8/9, THCA) and consumption methods within legal guidelines.
- Provide thoughtful product recommendations based on customer goals, preferences, desired experience, and familiarity with hemp products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and responsibly
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Restock products and assist with inventory management
- Stay informed about product details, store procedures, and industry changes
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and hemp compliance requirements
- Verify customer IDs and consistently enforce age restrictions and compliance with store policies
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Retail, customer service, or budtending experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to assist with general housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, etc.)
