Previous experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.

Experience with Rotating Control Devices (RCD).

Knowledge and operational experience in Underbalanced Drilling (UBD).

Strong understanding of drilling hydraulics and pressure management.

Ability to work in fast-paced drilling environments both onshore and offshore.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC WellSharp)

SafeLand / PEC Certification

First AidCPR (preferred)

Monitor and manage MPD operations to ensure safe and efficient drilling performance.

Perform equipment rig-up and rig-down activities.

Operate and troubleshoot MPD systems and associated equipment.

Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation.

Coordinate with rig personnel, drilling contractors, and operators.
