Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
Duties
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
- Engage in daily caregiving tasks including infant care, toddler care, and general childcare responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in teaching.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students.
- First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.

The candidate must be patient, loving, caring, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
We provide teachers with the Montessori Curriculum that must be implemented every day.
