Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
- Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup.
- Buss tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly to maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Support the kitchen team with manual handling of heavy items such as pots, pans, and bulk supplies safely.
- Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, sinks, floors, and storage areas.
- Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards to create a safe environment for staff and guests.
