We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed, ensuring safety standards are met throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Respond promptly to guest or staff repair requests to uphold service excellence. Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration), and equipment repair.
- Ability to perform construction-related tasks safely and efficiently.
- Leadership skills to guide team members or coordinate with external contractors during maintenance projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Effective communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with team members. - Pool cleaning and upkeep with management of chemicals controls.
- Daily trash and upkeep of grounds.
- Maintain all room maintenence and ensure all rooms are ready for check in.
- Conduct any requests for General Manager.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
