We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing HVAC company.
This is an entry level position with huge growth potential. We will train the right person with the right mindset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met through effective calendar management and task prioritization
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear and professional communication via multi-line phone systems and email
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates using productivity software.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping to support project workflows and administrative needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining a professional front desk presence
- Support estimators and project managers in their tasks.
Requirements:
- Great oral and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients
- Familiarity with technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and office management tools is preferred
- Previous experience in HVAC or Construction companies is a plus but not required
