We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spa Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Making and receiving calls from clients
- Educate guests on products and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
-Placing orders, entering items in spa software, and putting away orders as they arrive
-Conducting inventory checks to order new supplies and equipment
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about the spa's amenities
- Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Keep other employees informed of customers' needs
-Handle groups planning spa outings
- Help manage spa supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Follow spa protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information
-Experience with deescalating and problem solving
-Managing of staff schedule
Qualifications:
-Previous experience at Day/Med Spa or Salon preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for calculating charges, discounts, and change accurately
