What You'll Do
- Lead a crew performing low-pressure spray foam installations in residential and light commercial applications.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to WHI quality standards.
- Prepare job sites and operate low-pressure spray foam equipment.
- Read work orders and verify materials needed for each project.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain equipment and keep company vehicles and job sites clean and organized.
- Complete job documentation and communicate project updates with the office.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with spray foam installation required.
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and other construction environments.
