Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Plumbing Contract Administrator/Officer Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing vendors, evaluating proposals, and supporting purchasing activities for plumbing projects
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, compliance, and timely delivery of materials and services
- Review and draft contracts related to plumbing services
- Maintain comprehensive document management systems for contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and related correspondence using tools like Procore, DocuSign, Buildertrend, etc.
- Conduct research on industry best practices, pricing strategies, and legal requirements to support contract negotiations and business development efforts
- Support compliance management by reviewing documents for adherence to legal standards and internal policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract administration within a construction or facilities management environment
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Excellent research skills combined with technical writing ability for proposal writing and documentation purposes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in record keeping and compliance documentation
- Effective negotiation skills with a strategic mindset aimed at fostering positive contractor relationships
- Knowledge of contractor management practices and experience working within procurement or business management frameworks

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
