MØ Builders & Co. is looking for a reliable, hands-on Handyman / Project Coordinator to assist with residential and commercial construction projects throughout Miami-Dade.
Responsibilities:
- Visit and coordinate active job sites
- Handle punch-list items and minor repairs
- Light framing, drywall, trim and carpentry
- Assist with window/door and fixture installations
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and materials
- Pick up/deliver materials using company vehicle
- Keep sites clean and organized
- Provide progress photos and daily updates
Requirements:
- Construction/handyman experience
- Spanish required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
