Athletic Trainer (Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN)
Location: Winterset, IA
We are seeking a Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Athletic Trainer to join our growing team, with a primary focus on covering high school sporting events. We are a patient-focused, therapist-owned, and therapist-managed company providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services throughout Iowa. Our interdisciplinary teams thrive through strong communication, collaboration, and support from our local home office.
Athletic Trainer Qualifications

Current Athletic Trainer certification required

Graduate from a CAATE-accredited Master's degree program

Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to function effectively in a multi-faceted system

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, patients, and customers
Athletic Trainer Responsibilities

Assist in direct therapy service provision

Assist with individual, supervised, and group programs by carrying out delegated skilled tasks under the supervision of a therapist and/or assistant

Perform routine Rehabilitation Department duties, including:

Housekeeping and maintenance tasks

Filing, billing, data entry, and clerical functions

Answering phones and assisting with departmental needs

Wheelchair and equipment inventory, stocking, and maintenance

Ensure service and operational excellence in all assigned activities

Deliver quality services and outcomes that meet or exceed expectations of patients, staff, and community partners
