A FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Kansas City terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Successful drivers are energetic, self-motivated, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service every day. Pay & Benefits
- $160–$170 per day
- Paid weekly
- Optional 6th day available for additional income

Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Start time: 8:15 AM
- Dispatch by 9:00 AM
- Most routes finish around 4:30–5:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses on established local routes
- Operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks
- Load and organize your vehicle for maximum efficiency
- Work independently while maintaining communication with management
- Provide professional customer service throughout the day
- Safely complete deliveries while maintaining a steady pace

Requirements
- No CDL required
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience within the last 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
