The Role:
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing calls, schedule inspections, support service requests, and handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service & Scheduling teams, receiving hands-on training so you can grow quickly in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route multi-line phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule inspections and manage calendars
- Make outbound calls to new leads
- Assist with inbound service and support calls
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service or front-desk experience
- Clear phone etiquette and multi-line phone system familiarity
- Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Organizational ability, attention to detail, and typing proficiency
- Comfort with data entry, calendar management, and basic clerical tasks
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, approximately 40–45 hours per week (normal business hours; exact schedule is flexible/negotiable)
- Starting pay: $18–$22 per hour + benefits and bonuses
- Significant upside: Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses typically range from $2,000–$3,000 every three months for high performers
