The Digital & Print Solutions (D&PS) Output Management Specialist supports MetLife’s enterprise print, graphic communications, and digital storefront environments by providing system, workflow, reporting, and customer service expertise. This role serves as a key liaison between internal production teams, customers, customer service representatives, and external vendors to ensure efficient, high‑quality, and compliant delivery of print and digital output services. The position plays a critical role in training, reporting, customer consultation, transition support, and ongoing system optimization.

Strong understanding of digital print workflows, output management, and production environments.

Experience with Digital Storefront (DSF), ePace, or similar job submission and production systems.

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑resolution skills.

Ability to analyze data, create reports, and support audits.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $54,500 - $72,700. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
